Here is a picture of downtown Cedar Rapids. Notice there are buildings half underwater and no streets...just water! Take note of the Dairy Queen-no more blizzards I guess. Also the next pic with building half submerged...sad times!
Hey Cathcart family. I'm glad I found your blog, I love to read up on missionaries. I love missionary stories, they are my favorite. Seeing those pictures of the flood just amazes me and saddens me to think of all the devastation. Those pictures speak volumes. I'm so glad to have the Gospel & to know why all this crazy stuff is going on.
